All bookings require a £400 deposit. If you cancel 60 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a £50 cancellation charge (£350 refunded). If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival date, your deposit is not refundable.
Access to the island is across a causeway. This is often a wet, slippery and uneven surface. The causeway is constructed of different materialism, with a mix of cobbles, shale, gravel and larger boulders. There is often a build-up of seaweed at the Lihou side which can make traversing the causeway particularly difficult. Anyone with a physical impairment should be aware of these factors and make a decision as to whether they feel it is safe and appropriate to attempt to cross to the island. Unfortunately we cannot offer any vehicle assistance to access the island; all guests will have to arrive on foot
